What ClaimDrop does

ClaimDrop is a coordination tool. It detects sales you post to Instagram Stories, collects replies, and helps you pick buyers and send them payment links. ClaimDrop does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a party to any sale between you and your buyers.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to use the Instagram account you connect, and comply with Instagram’s own terms.
• You are solely responsible for your sales, the items you sell, collecting payment, fulfilling orders, and handling disputes.
• You must not use ClaimDrop for anything illegal or to sell prohibited items.

No warranty

ClaimDrop is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We rely on the Instagram API and cannot guarantee that every Story or reply is detected, or that the service is uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimDrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost sales, missed replies, or disputes with buyers arising from your use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using ClaimDrop and disconnect your account whenever you like.
