Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
ClaimDrop (“we,” “us”) helps Instagram sellers track sales they run through Instagram Stories. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to remove it. By connecting your account, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Your Instagram account info (user ID, username, and the access token you grant) so we can connect to your account.
- Your Story posts and the images in them, which we read to detect items you’re selling.
- Replies sent to your Stories, including the sender’s Instagram handle and message text, so you can review and respond to buyers.
- Your email address, used to sign in and send service emails.
How we use it
We use this data only to provide ClaimDrop: detecting sales, grouping replies, and helping you pick buyers and send them payment links. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We never process payments or touch your money.
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (such as our hosting and database vendors) and with Meta through the Instagram API. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data only while your account is active. You can disconnect Instagram at any time, which revokes our access. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@claimdrop.app and we will remove it within 30 days.
